Deanna Minich, PhD, is an internationally known nutritionist, researcher, counselor, and author with more than fifteen years of experience in the nutrition field. He graduated from medical school in his home country of Uruguay. Subsequently, he moved to New York City for his postgraduate training in internal medicine at New York University and fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital.
